Module Installation

To use FormBuilder, you must be running DNN 9.x or higher.

Step 1. Login to the site as superuser.

Step 2. Go to Settings –> Extension to install the module pack DNNGo_FormBuilder_x.x.x_Install.zip.

Step 3. Create a new page named “Form Builder” in Pages, and configure the permissions to be visible to Administrators only.

Step 4. Add the installed DNNGo FormBuilder module to the page.
