Update policy

Updates are free for two years from the date of purchase and are published through the store (dnngo.net) — watch the store notifications or check the email used at purchase. After two years, the theme must be purchased again to keep receiving new versions.

Security hardening

• Allowed upload extensions: a new module-level upload extension whitelist; when empty, the default set applies (jpg,jpeg,png,gif,webp,bmp,mp3,mp4,flv,doc,xls,ppt,zip,rar)
• SVG sanitization: uploaded SVG files are automatically stripped of scripts, event handlers and external references to prevent stored XSS
• Import security hardening: fixed remote code execution (RCE), stored XSS and privilege escalation vulnerabilities in the import feature, and restricted unnecessary outbound requests
• Import settings protection: importing a template can no longer overwrite critical settings such as the upload whitelist, main module bindings and anti-spam credentials via malicious XML

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the Effect Style page could not be read or written
• Fixed an issue where cached FileInfo properties caused downloaded images to be misjudged as missing or empty and skipped during import
• Fixed an issue where SEO alias URLs left some historical comments with AlbumID 0; a step-by-step check-and-backfill repair script is provided

• Minimum DNN platform requirement raised to 9.5.0 (the install package declares a core dependency of 09.05.00)

Upgrading

To upgrade, follow the steps in Module Installation and upload the new install package. Upgrading does not affect your existing album data or configuration.
