Activating the License
DNNGalleryPro requires an activated license to use all features. This page introduces the license types and the activation process.

Activation Steps
Step 1: Open the License page
After adding the module to a page (see Module Installation), open the management area and go to the License page.
Step 2: Get the Machine Key
The page displays the Machine Key of the current server. Copy it.
Step 3: Send the activation request
Send the following three items to [email protected]:
- Invoice ID (order number)
- Machine Key (server machine key)
- Your username
Step 4: Enter the license
We will generate a license based on your information and send it back. Paste the license into the License page and save to complete activation.
FAQ
My license stopped working after moving servers. What should I do?
The Machine Key is bound to the server and changes when you migrate or reinstall. Send the new Machine Key together with your original Invoice ID to [email protected] and we will reissue the license.
Do I get free upgrades after purchase?
You can get the latest versions free of charge for 2 years from the purchase date. Please contact us after that.
