Introduction to Content Builder

Content Builder is the core of the Minis theme, powered by the DNNGo ContentBuilder module. It is a powerful and intuitive page editor: simply select and drag to quickly create beautiful pages — no code required, what you see is what you get.

Key Features

• Visual drag-and-drop editing: what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG); click or drag to add content blocks to the page
• 180 preset content blocks: covering common scenarios such as buttons, image and text, accordions, and forms — ready to use out of the box
• Rich text editor: a full-featured WYSIWYG text editor with support for editing HTML directly
• Icon library integration: Font Awesome 5, Linearicons, and Animation icons built in, and you can insert them right from the editor
• Image handling: crop images right inside the editor
• Section management: set the background, width, font color, and more for a Section, and save page content as a Section for reuse
• Deep theme integration: works seamlessly with the Header / Content / Footer layouts and Theme Options

Prerequisites

Before using Content Builder, complete the following:

1. Install the DNNGo ThemePluginPro module (see the Installation Guide)
2. Upload the ContentBuilder folder from the download package to the Portals/_default directory via FTP (see Preparations)
